Our school was built from the ground up all around the idea of student choices. We’re firm believers that if a student enjoys what they learn or play, they’ll practice because they want to, not just because mom or dad told them to. After all, how can you find a passion for a hobby if it’s just not fun?
We’re forward thinkers here at My-Melodies and we built a cutting edge unique curriculum completely based around pairing language-based learning with student choice. We even specialize in traveling lessons with our teachers equipped with their very own My-Melodies Teacher Toolkits to bring the fun right to your door and make life a little less stressful.
We think it’s pretty cool, but here’s how it works:
After filling out our online new student registration form (keep scrolling further down), My-Melodies will reach out via email, phone call or text to set up your free 30 minute trial lesson with one of our instructors.
You’ll also receive a My-Melodies Welcome Kit which includes a music binder with a cool cover, place to put your name and more information about us inside like our unique curriculum, course map, a list of studio events like masterclasses, workshops and recitals that we’re hosting as well as a copy of our studio policies.
In our very first lesson, your assigned instructor will ask about your passions, interests, goals that you’d like to accomplish with music and a plan to help you get there. We try our hardest to bring fun to every lesson and can’t wait to get you excited about music even in our very first meeting!
